Training
From Herefordshire Leisure Centre Mondays at 6.15pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm. During summer months the Monday run routes varies with runs mostly away from Hereford Leisure Centres.
Races The club promotes road races and is also actively involved in cross country and fell races throughout the year.
Club Races The Club organises a three race 5k series during April, May and June. Also organised is a 10 mile road race also in June.
All the above races start from Hereford Leisure Centre
The Club competes in the Herefordshire Cross Country League each winter and in the summer months are involved in the summer off-road league series.
